Welcome to YourBibleTracker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YourBibleTracker mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using YourBibleTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using YourBibleTracker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YourBibleTracker. Your use of the App signifies your acceptance of these Terms.

YourBibleTracker does not require you to create an account. All data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account.

Bible text is provided through third-party APIs and is subject to their respective copyrights, licenses, and terms of use. We use the API.Bible service to retrieve Scripture text.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of Bible text, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy or freedom from errors. We recommend verifying important passages with a physical Bible or other authoritative sources.
The inclusion of Bible text or translations does not constitute an endorsement of any particular theological interpretation or denomination.
iCloud synchronization is an optional feature that requires:

YourBibleTracker, the YourBibleTracker logo, and related marks are trademarks of YourBibleTracker. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
